Fees / Pricing

Set Up / Create / Conduct the Sale   —   $4.00

 

This fee is for us to research, to take a minimum 3 photographs, create a professional and accurate eBay listing, and conduct a 7 day auction sale. If the item does not sell, we’ll try to sell it a 2nd time at no charge.  If it does not sell after the 2nd try, the fee still applies to cover our labor and eBay fees. Standard auctions start at $49 or less for the initial bid.

 

Final Sale Value Fee   —   34%

 

The Final Sale Value is the bid amount the item sold for. We charge 30% of the bid amount we receive for the item.

 

Opening Bid Greater Than $49 or a Reserve Sale   —   $19.95

 

Upon prior approval, we will start a sale at a mutually agreed price for your item. If the item does not sell at this initial price, it will be lowered by 25% on the second try. If we sell the item, we refund $9.95. This fee replaces the Set Up / Create / Conduct the Sale Fee described above.  

 

No Hidden Fees                         

 

There are no hidden fees. The above fees are our only sales fees.  There are no eBay fees, PayPal fees, Credit Card fees, or any other fees. 

    

Other Services –

 

Cleaning / Repair of Items   —   $75 / Hour

        

Upon prior approval, we will clean and repair your items to the best of our ability. We will give you a “not to exceed” price for the work. We do minor “spruce ups” at no charge to get a better sale price for you.

 

Research Fee   —   $75 / Hour

 

Upon prior approval, we will perform detailed research on your items for you. We are quite knowledgeable about a lot of “stuff” and will provide our expertise or minor research efforts at no charge to get a better sale price for you.   

 

Appraisals   —   $100 / Hour

      

We do written “line item” appraisals on estates and individual items on a per hour fee basis. An estimate of the total cost will be provided to you.

 

Any art pieces we are requested to review will be subject to a minimum $25 charge.

 

We cannot do Real Estate appraisals.
